Welding rods/wire electrodes made of
aluminium-silicon alloy for TIG
or. MIG welding of AlSi alloys.
Preheat workpieces thicker than 15 mm to approx. 150
to 200 °C. When welding
hardenable alloys, do not place the weld seam in
mechanically
highly stressed zones.
Base materials:
Aluminium-silicon alloys and
different types of aluminum alloys
with each other. Conditionally for hardenable
alloys such as e.g. B. AlCuMg 1 (3.1325),
AlMgSi 1 (3.2315), AlZn 4.5 Mg 1
(3.4335). Composition of the wire in
% (reference values): AL Si base 5.0
Welding rods: 1000 mm long, PU: 10 kg.
Dimension: 2.4mm
