Thickly coated basic electrode for tough and abrasion-resistant build-up welds on components subject to heavy wear subject. The weld metal is free of cracks and pores and is resistant to shock and impact stress. Machining is only possible by grinding. A tough buffer system (UNIVERS or CITOCHROMAX N) is only required for base materials that are very sensitive to welding. A larger number of layers remain crack-resistant even without a buffer layer.
Suitable for: dredger parts, excavator bucket cutting edges, grab teeth, percussion drill bits, coal plows, screw conveyors, beaters, polygon corners, crusher jaws, crusher cones
