High-performance U screw clamp
Design: U-shape-bent fixed bracket with pressure plate. Slide rail, fixed bracket and pressure plate made from one piece of structurally optimised, cold-drawn profile steel mobile bracket made of forged and galvanised zinc-plated heat-treatable steel smooth-running spindle with rolled, strain-hardened and phosphate-treated trapezoidal thread. Heat-resistant, high-performance pressure plate with large nail head, pivots up to 35°, replaceable, with hardened and oil-soaked sintered steel insert. With pushed-through T-handle.
Application: Especially for clamping forces up to 12 kN . For comprehensive clamping, e.g. to T-bearings and double T-bearings. Fast, low-vibration clamping.
