HSS metal circular saw blade, highly wear-resistant TiAIN-coating
Design: Bore H7, in accordance with DIN 1840, hollow-ground. The base material is laser-cut with a bright surface finish. Hardened and multiple times tempered to 63–65 HRC.
With significantly reduced friction coefficient and greater temperature resistance.
Application: Outstandingly for automatic sawing machines and for the use of minimum quantity lubrication / minimum quantity cooling. The highly wear-resistant coating and improved gliding properties make it the preferred choice for permanent use / serial cutting. Permits higher cutting speeds and feeds while increasing tool life.
