Hand pipe bender
Design: Made of hardened steel. Stable design and compression-resistant, high-sliding bending segments and sliders made of high-strength, fibre-reinforced polyamide.
Application: For dimensionally accurate cold bending by hand or stationary in parallel vice up to 180° of e.g.:
Hard, semi-hard, soft copper pipes (also thin-walled) Ø 10–22 mm
Soft, coated copper pipes (also thin-walled) Ø 10–18 mm
Stainless steel pipes of the press-fitting systems Ø 12–18 mm
C-steel pipes of Pressfitting systems (also coated up to Ø 18 mm) Ø 12–22 mm
Soft precision pipes Ø 10–20 mm
Electrical installation pipes DIN EN 50086 Ø 16–20 mm
Multilayer composite pipes Ø 14–32 mm
Supplied: Bending drive, locking pins, bending segments with sliders, bending spray and steel case.
