Full face mask 3S Basis Plus Rd40 PMMA

The 3S Basis Plus full mask is the inexpensive basic model from the well-known and proven 3S full mask series. It was specially developed for use in industry, in the remediation of contaminated sites and in trades where respiratory protection is required. The 3S Basis Plus is intended for use with breathing filters [screw filters with round thread according to EN 148-1], suction hose and compressed air hose devices and with fan filter devices. It is not approved for use by firefighters or as a facepiece for SCBA [Certified and approved to EN 136, Class 2]. The mask body of the 3S Basis Plus consists of a skin-friendly and largely non-aging natural rubber mixture and thus offers the well-known good properties of the 3S full mask series. The acrylic window [PMMA] is particularly scratch-resistant and unbreakable. It also offers a large field of view. The disc is easily changeable with a white disc frame. The connector for connecting to the breathing apparatus, which is also white, has a round thread connection in accordance with EN 148-1. Part of the connector is the integrated exhalation valve, which is also used for voice transmission. Thanks to its ideal forward position, speech is transmitted effectively and understandably. The 5-point harness of the mask allows the mask to be put on and taken off quickly without prior adjustment. A neck strap can be easily retrofitted so that the mask can be worn in front of the chest when ready.
