Rechargeable rivet tool iBird® Pro

Design: Easy connection to iBird® Pro app (Android/iOS) via WiFi or Bluetooth using QR code. Can be connected to up to 3 smartphones, tablets or PCs at once. The iBird® Pro app displays useful information, such as the battery status, meter readings and special events such as the fill volume of the collection holder, fault messages, service instructions and history. Signal ring (Andon ring) to display riveting processes/messages the colour scheme can be customised using the app. Disposal of mandrels by tilting backwards into the receiver or forward through the mouthpiece. Favourable centre of gravity and handle design for fatigue-free working.

Application: For steel blind rivets from Ø 4.8 and up to Ø 6.4 mm in all materials and for blind rivets up to Ø 8 mm in aluminium, except G-Bulb Ø 6.4 mm. BULB-TITE® blind rivets up to Ø 7.7 mm in all materials. MEGA GRIP blind rivets up to Ø 6.4 mm in all materials.

Note: The premium software (available separately) includes a setting process assistant. It can be used to add rivet configurations, to create job lists for processing different configurations and to implement setting process analyses. Networking offers numerous benefits, such as monitoring riveting processes, process security, status and service updates and quick and easy access to operating, service and repair manuals. This all helps to optimise the value-creation chain.
