• Product description
Two-component, self-expanding and ready-to-use polyurethane foam (building material class B2 DIN 4102, part 1).
Adheres to all building materials (except for PE/PP, PTFE, silicone, grease, mold release agents or similar).
The quick hardening of the fresh foam takes place through a targeted chemical reaction between the hardener and isocyanate components without the addition of water or humidity, evenly and simultaneously throughout the foam volume that is applied (building authority test certificate is available).
• Areas of application
For professional installation of wooden door frames.
For insulating sealing of connection joints on windows and roller shutter boxes.
Foaming of small wall openings and other cavities.
• Technical characteristics
Tack-free: after approx. 8 minutes. Can be cut after approx. 20 minutes.
Fully resilient: after approx. 2 hours (at 20 °C and 65 % RH).
Foam yield: 1 liter gives approx. 20 l.
Resistant to water, heat and cold (–40 °C to +100 °C), not resistant to UV radiation.
Rotary knob system: safe release of both components by rotary knob closure.
